Freezes: Athletic poses that involve the use of acrobatics such as support of the body weight with the limbs.

Thus, it is for this reason that the addition of Breaking in the Olympics takes a shot at impacting the dance form. It will probably change its visibility and interest to a higher level attracting more people and becoming a more serious sport. How to watch breaking at the Olympics

The breaking competitions at the 2024 Paris Games will all be televised live on E!, with the women’s competition slated to begin at 10:30 a.m. ET on Friday and conclude with the finals, which start at 2 p.m. ET. The men’s competition will take place at the same times Saturday.
